MBoB Indemnity Contract- a typical example of corporates shying away from their own accountability by way of Standard Form Contract

If you are client of Bank of Bhutan and avail their mBoB facility, the moment you log in, the first you see is “Indemnity: You Agree to indemnify & hold BoB harmless against any direct or indirect loss arising due to technical failure, having wrongly transferred/recharged to unintended beneficiary. The transaction(s) will be executed solely at your own risk and responsibility. By accessing or using any features of mBoB application, you agree to this indemnity”.

The Concept of "NO" in Bhutanese culture.

The hot sunny day just came to an end with the winds of dusk began. I opened my facebook page, I find a short video footage on my page shared by one of social network friends. I just clicked on it, a lady discusses the concept of "NYA" in Bhutanese concept heavily criticizing the use of this very culture in a negative connotation. I reflected for a few minutes and this is what I would tell if I am there in the audience listening to her.

Bhutan is unique in all aspects, geographically, culturally and economically. Even the developmental principles and concepts are completely unique too.
