Appleates to get releived

More than hundred cases in the courts from across the country have appealed to the High Court. But none could move because literally there was not not a single judge in the high court for the last few months after the resignation of high court judges a months back. Since then, His Majesty the
King under His Royal Prerogative, established Royal Commission to form the First Supreme Court. Subsequently, after the formal formation of supreme court, the Judiciary Commission was formed to institute the high court.

The Judcial Commission after filed the nominations by mid of last month, but because of the Sixteenth SAARC summit and various other important events taking place in the country, High Court could not come into force.
However, after much awaiting, the High Court did get established with five eminent justices with one as the acting chief justice. This will bring a lot of relieve to people who are unsatisfied with the judgments provided by the District Courts. For them, it is something beyond the expectations of the High court among the general public. They have waited for days and months to get justice and this is the time, they would be rendered justice.
The five appointed justices are all renowned and proven best in their respective districts. Thus, personally, i ma sure these are people who really deserved to be the justices in the High Court. Let  the justice prevail at all times, let the guilty be punished and innocent be rewarded.
